I appreciated absolutely perfect location of the hotel and so helpfull staff. They made my stay brilliant! The room was very sweet, trendy and had lovely furniture. Delightful property, had a really efficient service.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Lucca. The staff was responsive and had a few recommendations, especially about that stunning restaurant. Friendly check in and fantastic service. Top and strategic location - near a bus station.

Interesting place for exploring Lucca. Property is well maintained and very clean, breakfast is nice. We were greeted by helpful host.
